- First, you must contact Iowa Rental Help in your area to schedule a consultation.
- At the consultation, a local case manager will determine whether you qualify for the program and will work with you to determine the assistance that will best benefit you. It is important that you give accurate information so that the case manager can quickly provide you with the assistance you need.
- You and your case manager will meet every three months to reassess your situation and review the assistance you are receiving.
